Spurs defender Micky van de Ven defended his team-mates and the club over stories coming out the club claiming the players have ‘switched off’.
Spurs manager Igor Tudo also confirmed Lucas Bergvall, Destiny Udogie and Cristian Romero will be on the Tottenham bench against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday as they near a return to full fitness.
The return of this crucial trio is a huge boost for Spurs boss Igor Tudor and his relegation-threatened side, who trail Atletico 5-2 after a humiliating round-of-16 first leg defeat.
